• Design a monitoring and evaluation methodology for the Countryside Stewardship Facilitation Fund
• To test and implement the monitoring and evaluation using the first 49 groups in receipt of CSFF funding, and applications and agreements resulting from those groups.
• To make recommendations for a Phase 2 monitoring and evaluation including an in house option for carrying this out.
