The HEA is looking to appoint a solution provider to deliver a full range of marketing services, but accepts that there are many specialist suppliers in the marketplace who may deliver only one of the Lots rather than all of them; the likely outcome therefore is that HEA will appoint a number of providers so that at least one (1) full-service supplier is successful, along with at least one (1) supplier per Lot.

It is envisaged that there will be a maximum of five awarded suppliers per available lot.

HEA makes no guarantee regarding the total number of companies that shall be awarded to each or any lot, as this will depend on the number and quality of tendered responses.

The Framework is structure into the following Lots:

Lot 1 — Full Service.

Lot 2 — Copywriting.

Lot 3 — Digital / Print.

Lot 4 — Print Buying

Lot 5 — Branding, Corporate Identity, and Design.

Lot 6 — Events Management.

Lot 7 — Video Production.

Lot 8 — Research: Quality and Quantitative.

Lot 9 — Media Evaluation.

Lot 10 — Photography.
