The Works comprise the design and construction of a new home, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below:
- a.Schedule of Accommodation
Dwellings for Social Rent: 1 No. 2 bedroom house @ 70m2 each
- b.Associated footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, including fencing, new crossovers and landscaping.
- c.Blocking of existing windows to the existing dwelling and making good internally, redirecting extract fans, new velux window and diverting gas meter.
- d.1 No. bicycle storage within each rear garden.
- e.Widen existing crossover to serve the existing and new house.
