This project entails the following: -
- Refurbishment of 1970s building currently allocated to the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) to provide cellular offices on B & C floor and teaching space on A floor.
- Extension to create a new hub link
- External works including drainage and demolition, bike store and bin store.
