| • | There are 111 blocks of flats within the Council Housing stock, comprising of 3 High-rise, 105 Low-rise and 22 deck-access blocks of flats. The blocks are located in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, and Carnforth. |
| • | Tenders will be sought in 2 Lots: |
| 1. | Mainway; comprising 3 High Rise blocks, 11 Low Rise Blocks and 4 Deck access blocks; on a weekly cleaning frequency. |
| 2. | The rest of the district; comprising 94 Low Rise Blocks and 18 deck Access blocks; on a monthly cleaning frequency . |
