Wigan Safeguarding Partnership is seeking to appoint an Independent Scrutineer to assist them with understanding how effective our children's systems are in keeping children and their families safe, secure and with access to the best life chances and outcomes. The role will help bring independent, objective and critical oversight of partnership functions.
