GLA 82307- No Second Night Out

No Second Night Out is a pan-London assessment and rapid move-on service which aims to provide an immediate route off the street for people sleeping rough, a comprehensive assessment of their needs and circumstances, and intensive specialist support to secure an onward move out of rough sleeping.

TfL requires a contract to be put in place for April 2024; TfL is conducting a competitive tender for this contract for a duration of 3 years and option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years, exercisable in one or more periods to a maximum duration of two (2) years. The maximum duration of the contract (including extensions) will not be more than five (5) years.

Additional information: TfL have recently switched to a new sourcing system, SAP Ariba, meaning that TfL's processes are now different to those that suppliers may be familiar with. The following instructions explain this new system and provide guidance on how interested parties will be able to communicate with TfL.

Register Interest for the event by contacting (emailing) the Commercial contact listed on Find a Tender/ Contract Finder posting.

Note: The Ariba system is not automated, therefore, once you have registered (or are registered already) your business on Ariba you must email the above contact. Registering business on Ariba is not same as registering interest for the project. The above commercial contact will have to manually give your registered business access to the tender.
