The Council wishes to establish a Framework for Asbestos Related Services, The Framework will be available to public bodies beyond KCC (as defined in the OJEU notice) to call-off from. Once the Framework is established, any of the Framework Users listed will be able to use the framework, but KCC will continue to have oversight of the process to ensure proper management and operation of the Framework.
