WCC Cashless Parking

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a Cashless Parking Service using payments by mobile phone (or website, text or phone service). This contract will cover pay and display areas in Stratford, Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Rugby. The contract will also include the Stratford Park and Ride site and the Country Park locations. The current on-street pay and display machines will remain active during this contract term, however existing volumes and the requirement for machines in all existing locations is under review and may change during the life of this contract.

A further competition from ESPO framework 509_19 Parking Management Solutions will be used. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process

The Initial Term of the contract will be 3 years but the Council reserves the right to extend the contract by up to a maximum 12 month additional period. During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers.
