The value of the works is anticipated to be in the region of £6- 7million.

UCL intends to invite a minimum of five bidders to tender. UCL reserves the right to proceed with fewer or greater numbers of bidders.

UCL deem this to be a confidential procurement, therefore, pursuant to Regulations 21(3) and 53(4) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, UCL will only be sending out the specification at ITT stage

Additional information: Instructions to bidders

You must respond to this PQQ electronically via UCL's electronic tendering system following the below instructions:

All queries, PQQ responses and any supporting documentation must be submitted through this system. This is the link to the web based system: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/ucl/aspx/Home

A full help guide is available on this web site to support your submission: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/procurement/suppliers/contract.

Your PQQ response must be submitted through the "Submit My Return" facility in In-tend which is accessed via the "My Tenders" icon, do NOT use the correspondence facility or a standard email. The simplest way to upload your submission is to create a Zip File containing all necessary documents and upload that onto the In-tend system. A Zip File is also easier to handle by UCL.

To submit your return, please follow the instructions below. If you have any queries, please call 020 7679 9672. If you submit your response through the wrong channels, or submit a late or incomplete response, we may NOT be able to evaluate your tender:

(a)Log In
(b)My Tenders and search for the relevant tender
(c)View Details
(d)PQQ Tab and follow on screen instructions to submit your return (there may be an option to opt in or out of the tender)
(e)Attach Documents - Browse and Upload each part of your return (or one Zip File containing all of your documents)
(f)Once ALL your response has been uploaded and is displayed in the "My Tender return main" click on "Submit Return".

The system will permit you to submit multiple returns. This allows for return mistakes to be corrected. You can upload as many returns as necessary (each return may include multiple documents) but only the final return will be considered by UCL. Once the return date has expired, no further returns / documents can be sent to UCL. If there are any omissions, UCL may be unable to progress your proposal.

The system may automatically reject any late submissions after the closing time and date (as shown in Section 2.1) and UCL may be unable to consider your response. As uploading documents can take some time, please ensure you allow adequate time to do this. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that tenders arrive by the closing date and time.

UCL deem this to be a confidential procurement, therefore, pursuant to Regulations 21(3) and 53(4) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, UCL will only be sending out the specification at ITT stage
