West Yorkshire Combined Authority has a strategy to move as many compute resources (some of this work has been ongoing for the last 3+ years) as possible into the Microsoft Azure public cloud to take advantage of savings in the Microsoft Enterprise agreement and reduce the number of services in on-premises data centres.
