PI1300506 - Events Management System

The Parliamentary Digital Service on behalf of both the House of Commons (HoC) and the House of Lords (HoL) (The Authority) invites you to tender for the provision of an Events Management System.

Suppliers are required to provide a complete web-based (Cloud) events management solution that includes project management, implementation, data migration, data integration, training, support, maintenance and consultancy, as well as enabling function booking and invoicing.

The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years, plus two optional extensions of one year each.

Due to the nature of the contract, the supply of a single system, it is not suitable for division into lots.
