WHC - Audio Visual Services Campus East

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) invites proposals for the design, supply and installation of an Audio Visual System in the newly constructed Council Chamber at Campus East, Welwyn Garden City.

AUDIO

The successful bidderr will be required to provide 58 individual councillors and officers microphones, to be locally managed and controlled with a video capture facility, with both this and the recording system linked to a streaming / recording service. The units should each contain Integral speakers. There should also be a master unit for the Chair that has the facility to override any other unit in use in the room.

VISUAL

Also required is a Presentation Projection System to a main central screen and repeater monitors so that all participants and public / press gallery have sight. Repeater also to be provided in the foyer but need to be capable of being switched off independently of the rest of the system

The successful bidder will be recommended to the Main Contractor as the preferred nominated sub contractor and will be required to contract directly with the Main Contractor for the provision of these services
