This contract is for delivery of all responsive property repairs to all properties maintained by Midland Heart in the St Crispins Village, Northampton.
The Initial Contract Period is for 3 years from 1.4.19 with an option to extend for a further 2 years up to a maximum total length of 5 years (31.3.2024) subject to performance & vfm.
