The Service will specifically target young people aged between 11-25 years of age who work, are educated or use facilities in West Berkshire. The Service will also target vulnerable young people aged 11-25 years of age who have a disability or are perceived to be at risk of illness/harm.
The Provider must deliver a service that is evidence based and complies with national policy, legislative frameworks and best practice models from across the UK.
