Independent Specialist Placements for children with SEND provides educational support for children and young people between the ages of 0-25 who have a special educational need and/or disability. This can be provided through nursery, school and college settings.\

The re-commissioned Flexible Framework will cease the current Framework.\

*** This is the reopening of this framework at the first 6 month interval ***

This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment.\

The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open t set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework. Following the initial tender stage the will be a second opportunity for providers to join the framework after 6 months and then every 12 months following this.
