description
The Authority require a contractor to deliver an initial council wide survey in September 2024 and at least one survey every two years (taking place in 2024, 2026 and 2028) with the option to request additional surveys when needed. We are keen in exploring both a fully managed survey as well as an engagement platform to monitor and design feedback at both Team, Service Area and Directorate level, producing robust and meaningful data for managers to work with. The Authority will review the submissions to the opportunity to tender to decide whether to proceed with the engagement platform. The Contract Manager should be available to attend regular progress meetings with Authority representation if the Authority deems this necessary.
There will be a requirement to deliver an initial council wide survey in September 2024 and at least one survey every two years, with the option to request additional surveys when needed. The contract will consist of an initial term of 3 years, The Authority may in its absolute discretion extend this Contract for a further period (or further periods) of up to 2 (two) years.
