Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the refurbishment of an existing natural grass sports pitch.

Playing field refurbishment of existing natural grass pitches in a public open space, in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Refurbishment of existing natural grass pitches to improve their existing poor condition by employing the following operations to bring to good condition for football use:

We are also requesting a fixed price sum for a potential 2 year additional ongoing maintenance works contract

Contract Period

The contract will be for a period of 2 months, commencing 14th August 2017, or earlier by arrangement if feasible.

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 28th July 2017, 12.00GMT by hardcopy to Mr. David James only.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.
