Ofgem requires a recruitment agency to support with recruitment for an SCS2 position. The agency will be required to:
Design and attraction campaign
- Manage applications and candidate questions prior to advert closing.
- Longlist pack- end of Sept/early Oct
- Support open event. mid Sept
- Shortlist interviews - to be conducted prior to meeting
- Shortlist pack - Mid October
- Staff Engagement exercises - Late October. This will include facilitation of meetings, organising the candidates to attend as well as och psychological testing (OP).
- Interview process- late October/Early November
- Offer process management-early November
