This Tender process is for the design of townscape improvements in each town:
| • | The Strand, Torquay, the first phase of a wider townscape improvement scheme at Torquay Harbour; and |
| • | Paignton Station Square, the first phase of wider townscape improvements to Paignton town centre. |
The agreed concept plans for each of these two proposals are attached in Appendices 1 and 2.
