SCC SW Integration and Enterprise Data Management Platform - AWARD

Surrey County Council (SCC) is undertaking an organisation-wide Transformation Programme. The Information, Technology and Digital Service's (IT&D) is identifying and planning for the enablement of supporting technologies required by SCC for this programme. Two of the new digital capabilities to be delivered specifically as part of the IT&D Digital Transformation Programme are Integration and Enterprise Data Management (EDM), for which a platform needs to be procured. Integration will enable the organisation to move data between a wide range of both internal and external systems. This will reduce data silos and provide easier access to information from across the council and wider partners enabling a richer picture and improved decision making. EDM will enable the council to bring data together from different systems (via integration) and match it to create a single view and version of the truth. This will support the reuse of information across systems and services, avoiding data entry duplication and improving data accuracy.
