Service & Maintenance of the Main Terminal Smoke Control Equipment:

LLAOL would like to invite you to tender for a 4 +1 contract for the service & maintenance of the Main Terminal Smoke Control Equipment details of which are provided in the PT35 pricing schedule. Further information can be requested through our portal or during the mandatory site visit.

The contract will allow for service, maintenance and call outs for the equipment detailed in the PT35 Pricing Schedule for a 4 +1 year contract. The quotation must include all items that will be serviced as part of the annual service plan. As equipment is removed or added we will require either a reduction figure or addition figure to be commented in the pricing schedule for each type of equipment.

All maintenance activities need to be completed in line with SFG 20 maintenance standards and completed on a 6 monthly basis. The contractor is expected to meet or exceed these maintenance standards.

Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.

Please note you must express an interest through this portal in order to be attached to the tender project. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button.

Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
