Guildford Borough Council is a local housing authority with some 5,300 dwellings comprising a mixture of houses, low/medium rise flats and various non-residential buildings. The Council is seeking to enter into a contract for three years with an optional two year extension, commencing May 1st, 2019, with a competent organisation capable of undertaking repairs to the roofs and gutters of these properties.
