Delivery of a cohesive, cost effective, locally responsive substance misuse treatment and recovery service for offenders.
From engagement in the criminal justice system and comprehensive assessment, diversion and signposing within police custody suites, through to possible sentence, community disposals and providing support in public sector prisons in Wales and arranging access to appropriate support when released back into South Wales communities from prisons in England and Wales.
