To provide a telecare monitoring service 24/7 for Council Sheltered Accommodation and for dispersed alarms in the community along with a mobile response service out of hours for these service users.

It is envisaged that the contract shall be awarded by 1 December 2020, to go live on 1 April 2021, allowing a 3-month mobilisation period.
