Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Framework

The purpose of this new framework agreement (this Framework Agreement) is to ensure we can provide an offering suitable for members of PfH in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and other public bodies permitted to use this Framework Agreement who require the provision of Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment.

Procurement for Housing has conducted the necessary pre market engagement activities to develop this Framework Agreement to meet the immediate and future requirements of PfH members.

Subsequently, the scope of this Framework Agreement will be to cover all aspects of planned maintenance work, with materials supply provision on kitchens and windows. It will consist of 4 lots which will be awarded to multiple Suppliers

Lot 1 Windows and Doors Supply Only

Lot 2 Windows and Doors Supply and Install Lot 3 Kitchens Supply Only

Lot 4 Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Works

Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum of 12 months to an expected maximum of four years or will be project based. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods.
