Provision of equal access lift, removal of stair lift, re-ordering of the reception area and the provision of equal access toilet facilities on this Listed Building at Southwold Town Hall, Market Place, Southwold.

The Town Hall is of historic significance to the town and these works are to enhance its facilities and include the provision of equal access lift to first floor and equal access toilet to ground floor.

The fully itemised priced copy of the Specification and Schedule of Works substantiating your tender is to be returned with the tender in a separate sealed envelope which must provide the name of the Tendering Contractor as well as stating that is is the Specification and Schedule of Worksfor Southwold Town Council.
