The Monitored Dosage Service requirement is for the provision of medication trays for patients who are to be discharged from hospital and who require this level of assistance. A tray should be for a week's supply of medication with occasional two weeks' supply if there is an extended bank holiday break. All medication for a patient requiring a tray needs to be included, for example, creams and ointments. This service is for Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital .
