Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Brief description:

The role focuses on enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and family-centred approach to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The primary goal is to improve the personalisation and quality of EHCPs, ensuring they better serve children with SEND and their families, while complying with legal and statutory requirements. The role involves driving improvements in EHCP processes, fostering collaboration across multiple agencies, and ensuring continuous development and compliance within the SEND framework.
