Bede (building works for Photography)

Refurbishment & reconfiguration of a section of the Bede building to allow for a new photography dark room installation, refurbishment of one room to be used as a photography studio, the refurbishment of one further room to allow for the use of 3D Gaming and the installation of an accessible WC. There will need to be works to the existing electrics, lighting, heating and fire alarm. There will be a need for works to the internal doorways to ensure Part M compliance. There is a requirement for a partial re-roof to the building. Length of contract: 8 weeks.
