description
The requirement is for a single flexible supplier to provide a supplementary service on an ad hoc basis when resources at our in-house facility are insufficient to meet customer demands (for example when degree congregations are held and several departments require service at the same time). Wherever possible, in-house facilities will be used - the supplementary service will be used only at the discretion of Catering.
