This procurement exercise is for the provision of a confidential counselling service to East Riding of Yorkshire Council employees. The Council buys in counselling services from an external provider and uses counselling as a tool to reduce the impact of mental health issues on the Council, which can reduce absence levels, maintain productivity and avoid litigation
