Southend-on-Sea Borough Council requires a fully qualified lift contractor to replace the 2 no existing Alimak lifts, at Pier Hill, with MRL Passenger Traction Lifts.
The works will involve:

Comprehensive drawings and specifications will be issued to contractors and the works will be carried out under The Institution of Mechanical Engineers/The Institution of Electrical Engineers Model Form of Contracts MF/1(Rev. 5)
Contractors must be a member of the LEIA or equivalent.
The returned tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% price and 20% for quality.
