Quotation for Leisure Session Coaching Staff

Sandwell Council wishes to procure a range of sports coaching / fitness instruction sessions across the Borough of Sandwell.

Providers are requested to provide an 'hourly rate' quote for sessions that they can deliver via the attached spreadsheet. Quotes are to include all on costs e.g. travel time, expenses etc. The hourly rate may be used on a 'pro rata' basis e.g. for sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Please note that coaches must have the relevant qualifications as set out within the spreadsheet. (Please note that providers are welcome to quote for as many / few services contained within the spreadsheet as they wish).

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Quotation document or other related documents.
