Halton Borough Council requires a service to appoint live-in guardians as an alternative means of security in identified Council owned and/or managed vacant properties.
The Contract will commence on 1st April 2017 for a period of two years with the option for the Council to extend the Contract for two periods of up to 12 months each.
Duties under the Contract include: Manage the full recruitment, retention and replacement of Guardians and deal with any issues that arise from this.
Advise the Council of any repairs needed and maintenance issues that arise Give the Council and its contractors full access to all areas at all times Visit the premises at least monthly and provide a written report of the inspection
The Council does not expect to pay any management fees or costs for this Service.
