A text messaging solution to communicate with colleagues in the event of an actual or pend-ing disruption. The successful supplier should provide the following services including, but not limited to:
ï· Secure, encrypted method of sending messages
ï· Ability to create multiple groups (at least ten required) ï· Service available 24 hours, seven days a week
ï· Ideally web-based, with no software to install
ï· Easy to use user interface
ï· Ability to send messages to predefined groups or user defined groups ï· Confirmation of message delivery
ï· Voice message broadcasting function specific to predefined groups ï· Telephone support available when required
ï· Secure online address book
