We are expectantly looking for an integrated Health Improvement Service that streamlines and develops the following; A Health Trainer Service; Smoking Cessation Service and Tier 2 Weight Management Service. Sutton has developed LiveWell as the public name given the integrated service. Its aim is to nudge, facilitate<b> </b>and motivate<b> </b>residents to achieve and maintain healthier lifestyles.

Additional information: TENDER OPPORTUNITY Integrated Adult Health Improvement Programme 'Livewell' Something really exciting is happening, the London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) Public Health is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Livewell, our Integrated Health Improvement Programme. This is an amazing opportunity for an organisation with a proven track record of integrating and delivering health improvement services to use their expertise to help residents achieve sustainable behaviour change to prevent long term ill health. The successful provider will benefit from working with an outcomes focussed Council and supportive commissioners. A strong emphasis will be placed on evaluating the impact to participant health, wellbeing and harm reduction, additionally the use of novel techniques are welcomed to achieve this. The contract will initially be for a period of 2 years commencing on 1st April 2016 with two further 12 month extensions at the discretion of the council. It is the opinion of the council that TUPE will apply to this contract. The envisaged maximum annual financial budget is between £290,000 and £300,000. Tenders will be evaluated on 90% quality 10% Price and minimum requirements apply Tenderers should be aware that after the award of contract, dependent upon agreement between the Authority and Sutton CCG. There is an exciting potential that the Provider may be offered a variation to the contract for additional associated health improvement services which fall within the broad scope of the Integrated Service's footprint. The potential service in scope is an adult Tier 3 Adult Weight Management service. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective Tenderers are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Tender is 15th October and 12:00 The service must be delivered within the London Borough of Sutton.
