Tender for a Placement Management Solution

The successful company will provide an off the shelf, placement management solution , which is fully integrated with online access to all users. The solution must provide , improvement of the student experience with easy access to information about their placement, manage, conduct and record audits of placements on offer, plan courses with their theory, placement and annual leave activities, management of the student and placement allocation, manage capacity in terms of the supply of and demand for placements, easily disseminate placement information for all concerned, easily to integrate registrations system, time recording systems, placement providers staff management systems and local email servers with instant data exchange, build bespoke reporting capability, easily interface with the regulatory bodies registration systems, have dashboard capability to quickly gain access to summarised and detailed information, manage and publish workshop schedules and useful documents , has the scalability and resilience to add further Universities to the consortium. Preference is a cloud based fully hosted SaaS deployment model
