We have requirement to obtain access to comprehensive and detailed company information including active and up-to-date record of a company's financial history. This is needed to investigate, amongst other things, the ownership of PFI companies and any associated risks and/ or liabilities that need to be factored into the provision of advice and support for (including but not limited to) Expiry Health Checks, Asset related advice, Commercial Support and Contract Support (particularly where insurance, restructuring, refinancing and terminations are involved). This work will be completed with access to Fame, which is the definitive source of company information in the UK and Ireland.
