The Peterborough City Council (PCC) Construction Framework will be seeking suitably experienced Contractors who can deliver construction Works for a wide range of residential, commercial, educational, leisure and regeneration developments in and around Peterborough.
This PCC Construction Framework will be utilised and owned by Peterborough City Council will run for 4 years. The PCC Construction Framework will be divided into three Lots and the Authority hopes that Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large construction contractor organisations will respond to this opportunity.
The Authority is leading the way in the public sector procurement in offering opportunities for SME Contractors to deliver Works. It is expected the PCC Construction Framework will provide an excellent opening for SME Contractors in the delivery of Works in Peterborough.
