Service requirements of a three year contract for the supply of water hygiene services for a range of council buildings and facilities, including the civic offices, commercial properties, sports pavilions, depots, public conveniences and other operational buildings and facilities.
Contractors are invited to submit quotations for the supply of water hygiene services to various council owned properties as detailed in this Specification and Conditions of Contract.
The Contractor is to allow for carrying out water hygiene services as specified and in accordance with the HSE?s Legionnaires? disease ? The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems - Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACoP L8) and all other relevant guidance and British Standards.
Additional information: Contractors are invited to submit quotations for the supply of water hygiene services to various council owned properties as detailed in this Specification and Conditions of Contract.

The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers? Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link:

Any tender that is accepted will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the following award criteria in descending order of importance.
