This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

This awarding notice is for the supplier to deliver online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions consistent with treatments recommended by NICE guidelines for common mental health problems. The contract will commence on 2 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
Key Criteria:
Quality and Innovation - Improvement in performance due to reduced waiting times and use of digital therapies as an innovative and effective method of treatment.
Value - The provider has delivered an effective service within the available budget allocation at a lower cost than agency rates.
Integration, Collaboration, Service Sustainability - Improved relationships with GP's and other referrers due to reduced waiting times. Improved service user experience. Enabling the service to reduce a waiting list backlog so that the service will be able to consistently meet waiting times standards.
Improving access - Service users would access treatment more quickly.
Social Value - The supplier uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapists that are fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies who are able to meet the health and wellbeing needs of City and Hackney residents.
