The contract is for the procurement of bin sensors, to be installed inside selected recycling and rubbish bins for the purposes of performance monitoring and driving efficiencies in the service. The contract has been awarded to Enevo UK Ltd on the basis of having achieved both the highest price and quality scores and the highest score overall.
This was an open tender with no pre-selection stage.

Scores have been assigned to the prices by measuring each price against the lowest sustainably priced tender submitted. The lowest priced tender achieved the maximum score and any prices above the lowest were allocated a proportionate score.
