description
Liverpool City Council is looking to invite suitably qualified organisations the opportunity to provide a quotation for a Careers Information Advice and Guidance for Young People in Liverpool.
The overall purpose of the Service is to provide intensive careers information, advice and guidance (IAG) support for young people not in education, employment or training (NEET); with a particular focus on vulnerable groups and wards in the City where the number of young people who are NEET has remained particularly high.
This will expand the number of young people supported and increase the number of young people moving into education, training or employment.
This service sits within the range of projects funded by the Liverpool City Region European Social Fund (ESF) and Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) Ways to Work programme. The Service will be promoted and delivered as part of that package of support.
It will therefore need to ensure that services users are recorded and supported as such, in line with ESF regulations and Ways to Work operational criteria.
Please refer to Tender Pack for full specification requirements.
