The London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) is seeking to procure consultancy services to provide technical assistance to LWARB in developing a full application to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for a circular economy SME support service. This full application builds on a successful outline bid previously submitted. The deadline for the ERDF application is 1st July 2016 so will require the successful service provider to engage quickly to achieve this date.
