Waltham Forest Council’s requirements in respect of the provision of management and support at Heavitree Court, Rough Sleeper Complex Needs Accommodation and Semi Independent Move-on Project.
The new service will deliver 23 self-contained units of accommodation for rough sleepers; 13 units will be used for accommodating rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs and the remaining 10 units will form a move-on pathway, or step-down into more independent living accommodation.
