description
This offer is an accreditation process for new applicants and a due diligence process for providers who are currently accredited to provide Elective Care Services under AQP, to South Kent Coast CCG. Please note that this is a second window following the first window opened in March 2015. If you have applied to the first window and been successfully accredited you do not need to apply to this second window. All providers that wish to submit, whether existing or new providers, must read the attached documents (available on the Bravo website). The Technical Envelope has different sections for existing providers and different sections for new providers. Please note that ALL providers must fill out the Qualification Envelope in full. Please note that under ‘AQP’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set according to NHS National Prices or a local tariff where specifically listed in the final contract payment schedules. Providers should read the Qualification Information document and all other supporting documents, available for download on Bravo. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you via Bravo, through the email address registered on Bravo. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement.
