The Runnymede Borough Council (“the Authority”) is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Provision of Asset Valuations in Runnymede (“the Contract”). The Contract will commence on 5th October 2015 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 30th July 2019 (the “Contract Period”).
This work relates to the valuation of property assets of the Council which has to be undertaken on an annual basis and form part of the annual accounts prepared by the Council. The work has to be undertaken in accordance with prescribed valuation and accountancy standards.
The work is time critical and must be completed in accordance with strict time deadlines.
