The required Service is the delivery of the Children and Young People's Cancer Patient Experience Survey on behalf of NHS England.
This will include:
| - | Supporting completion of survey approval and assurance processes |
| - | Collecting and preparing survey samples from NHS trusts (PTCs) |
| - | Designing, developing and managing all survey materials including website and online survey through engagement and cognitive testing |
| - | Support for survey recipients during fieldwork |
| - | Survey material printing |
| - | Postage (2nd class) |
| - | Collection of completed questionnaires |
| - | Data processing and analysis of responses |
| - | Design of reporting mechanisms and publication of results at national, PTC and Children's Cancer Network level |
