This procurement exercise is for the implementation of a Framework Agreement for Drainage and Asset Management Investigation and Maintenance Works.

Durham County Council ('the Council') intends to award a position on the Framework to a maximum four (4) contractors.

The Framework Agreement is also available for use by NEPO Members and Associate Members (A list of all member organisations is available at www.nepoportal.org) ("The Contracting Bodies").

The Council estimates that over the 48 months the value of the Framework Agreement will range between £1,000,000 and £15,000,000. However the Council makes no guarantee as to the amount of work or contracts, if any, awarded under the Framework Agreement for any or all Framework Members.

This is a call-off Framework Agreement and successful Bidder(s) will be required to undertake the following work activities.

Jetvac and Tanker Team
High Pressure Jetting
Robotic remote cutting
Survey team
Dig Down Team for Excavation
Provide 2 hour response for blockage clearance
Provide a 24 hr emergency response team to deal with major flooding Provide a 24 hr emergency response to deal with major flooding and assist by providing blockage clearance, jetvac tankers and/or emergency pumps as and where directed by the Contracting Body.
